Pedro URIA RECIO is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with 15 years track record in technology, focused on advanced analytics and digital in emerging Asia.
Pedro leads analytics across the subsidiaries of Axiata Group, a conglomerate with a diverse portfolio in digital services, mobile networks, and communications infrastructure in ten countries in South and South East Asia. With a cross-functional team of business consultants, data scientists and digital professionals, Pedro focuses on marketing analytics, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and network analytics.

Eileen’s advertising journey started with Starcom Mediavest on Procter & Gamble business. Baljin Gill currently leads channel sales and alliances for Tealium in Asia. He’s responsible for building the partner network and enabling digital agencies, system integrators and consulting companies on the Tealium platform.
Before Tealium, Baljin worked as a regional business director with an independent digital agency to build their enterprise technology practice in Asia. Baljin was also an early employee in Lazada back in 2012, based out of Malaysia and was given the task to build the customer service team and implement customer service processes from scratch. After completing her MSc in Management at Neoma Business School in France in 2006, Maelle Pochat started her career in product management and marketing at Yves Rocher, leading international cosmetic brand. As the first youth ambassador for the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM), she has been invited on numerous occasions internationally to give motivational talks to the youth about her journey on battling the Big-C, and the importance of positive thinking.
Mei Sze is also a PHD holder in developmental psychology and is working to assist youth development through the media by hosting shows related to youth, and sending strong and encouraging messages through her columns.

This is an area that he is well acquainted with, after having led various divisions within the marketing and operations team over the last 21 years in Microsoft Poland and Romania. This includes leading the Server and Tools Business, the Customer and Partner Experience, as well as the Business Planning Operations function in Microsoft Poland, in addition to championing the CM&OO in Microsoft Romania – his last role prior to joining the Malaysian subsidiary.
Golebiewski plays a key leadership role in Microsoft Malaysia in directing and managing the overall business and marketing strategy as well as execution locally, overseeing product marketing groups, marketing communications, compete, business operations, enterprise marketing, public relations as well as customer and partner experience efforts. His main priority is to drive Digital Transformation awareness in Malaysia and evangelize technology impact on business for every organization.

Derek Toh is the Founder and CEO of WOBB, a mobile job search platform that helps employers hire young jobseekers (Gen Y and Z). The platform has won multiple awards including Alliance Bank Bizsmart Academy Top 20, DIGI WWWOW Awards Mobile e-commerce Top 5, and featured on TechinAsia, The Edge, Focus Malaysia, The Star and BFM89.9.
WOBB is a partner with Linkedin and is one of the few Malaysian startups funded by Cradle Fund, a government-linked body incorporated under the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia.
Derek is a mentor at McKinsey and Co’s Youth Leadership Academy, and has worked with some of the brightest young talent in Malaysia. He has been on a debate moderated by BBC World News and speaks at corporate, government and startup conferences, sharing his thoughts on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the future of work.
He completed the Stanford Entrepreneurship Program in 2014, where he learned from top mentors in Stanford University and Silicon Valley in developing the foundations of WOBB.
Derek was previously an Associate Director and Global Top Performer at Robert Walters, a top international recruitment firm. In his early career, Derek was a fellow of the ACCA and an auditor with Ernst and Young in the UK.
