Panelist Biography

Eve Fong is the Digital and E-Commerce business lead for Nespresso Malaysia, responsible for driving the overall digital business for the market. This not only includes the acceleration of the e-commerce growth for the market but also the spearheading of digital marketing initiatives to bring to life the Nespresso brand story.

With 13 years of solid experience in providing digital and eCommerce solutions, driving marketing and brand towards achieving business goals as well as sales growth, and designing and establishing effective OMNI channel user journeys for brands such as Nespresso, Domino’s Pizza Malaysia & Singapore, Toyota, Lexus, Sunway Hotels and others.

Proven track record of being able to leverage different functions and tools of digital as well as in traditional marketing (CRM, Brand, Social Media, Traditional Media, Digital Media, PR, Word of Mouth) to spearhead growth and solve business challenges, in diverse environments, from start-ups to QSR and FMCG companies.

An advocate of utilizing data and a firm believer of a customer centric approach, she is passionate about leveraging on digital and technology to help brands create good, measurable customer experiences that lead to high-performing, sustainable businesses that gives value to both its customers and internal stakeholders.

 Michal Golebiewski, Microsoft Malaysia’s Chief Marketing & Operations Officer (CM&OO) is responsible for leading the entire span of the marketing and operations functions of the subsidiary in line with the company’s vision of reinventing productivity in a mobile-first, cloud-first world.

This is an area that he is well acquainted with, after having led various divisions within the marketing and operations team over the last 21 years in Microsoft Poland and Romania. This includes leading the Server and Tools Business, the Customer and Partner Experience, as well as the Business Planning Operations function in Microsoft Poland, in addition to championing the CM&OO in Microsoft Romania – his last role prior to joining the Malaysian subsidiary.

Golebiewski plays a key leadership role in Microsoft Malaysia in directing and managing the overall business and marketing strategy as well as execution locally, overseeing product marketing groups, marketing communications, compete, business operations, enterprise marketing, public relations as well as customer and partner experience efforts. His main priority is to drive Digital Transformation awareness in Malaysia and evangelize technology impact on business for every organization.

Having held this current position for almost two years since 2015, Golebiewski brings wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of marketing and operations ensuring greater productivity within a Cloud-driven era in Malaysia. Upholding Microsoft’s Digital Transformation vision in Malaysia, he has participated in many speaking engagements and media relations initiatives alongside with key digital drivers such as the Malaysian Development Economy Corporation (MDEC) amongst others to create a cloud first, mobile first nation.

Golebiewski graduated with a degree in Electronics from Warsaw Technical University, and enjoys swimming, and reading books in his spare time.
