Pankaj currently works with Google as Business Head, APAC for DoubleClick Ad Exchange. Prior to that, he was managing DoubleClick Ad Exchange buyside relationships for SEA, India & Korea. While at Google, he has also managed APAC partnerships for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and successfully ran the Google’s location platform business (Google Maps & Google Earth) for Asia. He had previously worked with Nokia as APAC Product lead for ‘Here Maps’, and Bharti Airtel for 8 years in various leadership positions.
Pankaj has expertise in building businesses from scratch to large multi million dollar business and scaling them further. He has proven his skills time & again by taking various challenges, providing innovative solutions and building organizations at scale with limited resources.

Cally currently sits as a Regional Account Manager for LinkedIn Talent Solutions in Singapore focusing on the Southeast Asian Market. She has looked after the Southeast Asian market in for the Talent Solutions vertical since 2016.
Prior to LinkedIn, Cally began her career as a teacher in Hong Kong and moved on to work with Singapore Airlines and Facebook upon her arrival to Singapore in 2013.

Michal Golebiewski, Microsoft Malaysia’s Chief Marketing & Operations Officer (CM&OO) is responsible for leading the entire span of the marketing and operations functions of the subsidiary in line with the company’s vision of reinventing productivity in a mobile-first, cloud-first world.
This is an area that he is well acquainted with, after having led various divisions within the marketing and operations team over the last 21 years in Microsoft Poland and Romania. This includes leading the Server and Tools Business, the Customer and Partner Experience, as well as the Business Planning Operations function in Microsoft Poland, in addition to championing the CM&OO in Microsoft Romania – his last role prior to joining the Malaysian subsidiary.
Golebiewski plays a key leadership role in Microsoft Malaysia in directing and managing the overall business and marketing strategy as well as execution locally, overseeing product marketing groups, marketing communications, compete, business operations, enterprise marketing, public relations as well as customer and partner experience efforts. His main priority is to drive Digital Transformation awareness in Malaysia and evangelize technology impact on business for every organization.
Having held this current position for almost two years since 2015, Golebiewski brings wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of marketing and operations ensuring greater productivity within a Cloud-driven era in Malaysia. Upholding Microsoft’s Digital Transformation vision in Malaysia, he has participated in many speaking engagements and media relations initiatives alongside with key digital drivers such as the Malaysian Development Economy Corporation (MDEC) amongst others to create a cloud first, mobile first nation.

Pedro URIA RECIO is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with 15 years track record in technology, focused on advanced analytics and digital in emerging Asia.
Pedro leads analytics across the subsidiaries of Axiata Group, a conglomerate with a diverse portfolio in digital services, mobile networks, and communications infrastructure in ten countries in South and South East Asia. With a cross-functional team of business consultants, data scientists and digital professionals, Pedro focuses on marketing analytics, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and network analytics.
Prior to this role, Pedro was a management consultant specializing in strategy and marketing, in the telecom, technology and banking industries at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on analytics, process digitization, customer experience, digital go-to-market and transformational programs.
Pedro also worked in IT strategy and architecture in Veolia Water Asia Pacific, as well as in Research & Development in France Telecom. Pedro holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Pedro is passionate about nature, running and literature.

Prior to Google, he was the programmatic lead at Rubicon Project in Paris, where he spent over 6 years in the early days of programmatic. Hugo is a pioneer in Programmatic advertising and had worked with leading global brands, as well as publishers to help put together deals that drove significant results for brands. He had also led several educational summits for advertisers and publishers that aimed to drive greater awareness in programmatic.

Vadim Fink is the Head of Marketing at Mindvalley where he oversees all global digital marketing initiatives of the company. In the last year he developed and implemented organic traffic strategies centred around SEO, content and Social Media. Prior to Mindvalley he was running an online marketing agency in Germany and helped companies in the human resources, publishing and e-commerce industries grow their revenue through SEO, digital advertising and social media.

As a Distinguished Technologist with near 20 years of international experience, Achim helps organizations develop and implement a strategic approach to key technologies such as Advanced Analytics, Big Data, and Cloud. He helps to leverage new technology capabilities to become enablers for new business capabilities, while addressing organizational and business process change.
Achim builds bridges between IT and business functions – he has a focus on customer analytics and operational analytics for telecommunications, retail and financial services; he also drives analytics-enabled IoT scenarios such as predictive maintenance and connected devices.
Before joining DXC he worked for major industry players – SAS Institute, IBM Global Services, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard Enterprise – in Europe, Asia and the US.

A 20-year veteran in the IT industry, Muhammad Faisal joined Oracle in 2006 and was most recently the Sr. Manager Customer Experience for SAGE countries, working with a combined sales force of Key account managers, peer cloud specialists, platform and CX focused managers. In the current role, Muhammad is responsible for setting up of a team of digital savvy sales professionals operating out of the state of the art Oracle Digital Hub in KL. In his previous roles, Muhammad joined Oracle as Account Manager – Financial Services Industries. From there Muhammad quickly progressed for SAGE countries looking after FSI & Campus solutions. He also has experience of working with multi-national IT organizations / OEMs including Symantec, IBM, CISCO to a name a few.
